Freedom of Information Act 2000

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 Nash Parish Council has agreed to make the following information publicly available, in addition to the information (including agendas of Council meetings) that is placed on the Notice-Boards within the Village. 

· Council Meetings: Minutes of Council meetings for the last two years 
· Code of Conduct: Declarations of Acceptance of Office and Register of Members Interests.
· Planning: Responses to planning applications
· Audit and Accounts: Audit report and records such as bank statements, precept request, etc for the most recent complete financial year.

Members of the Parish may inspect a hard copy. This should be by request to the Clerk in writing at West View, Winslow Road, Nash or, in the case of financial information, to Cllr Taylor, Responsible Financial Officer, Ialysos, High Street, Nash. If a resident requests a copy of the material a small charge may be made.
